License
Your one-time purchase grants a perpetual license to use SafetyRegsLogger for your business. Use it as long as you like, on as many of your establishment’s devices as you need. The license covers your company’s use; it is not for resale or redistribution.
Hosted software & hosting commitment
SafetyRegsLogger is delivered as a hosted web application at safetyregslogger.com. We intend to keep it available indefinitely and have built it deliberately low-cost to host so that we can. If we ever discontinue hosting, we will provide at least 12 months’ notice and a means to export your data. Your data itself is stored on your own devices, not on our servers — it remains yours and under your control at all times.
Updates & upgrades
Your purchase includes the product as it exists today, plus bug fixes and minor improvements we release. Major new versions or major feature additions may be offered as separate paid upgrades. We do not sell maintenance contracts, and none is required — the product you bought keeps working.
Refunds — 30-day money-back guarantee
If SafetyRegsLogger isn’t right for your operation, email ideas@safetyregslogger.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full, no questions required.
Support
SafetyRegsLogger is a self-service product designed so you won’t need us. For payment, license, or access issues, email ideas@safetyregslogger.com. We do not offer phone support or guaranteed response times.
Limitation of liability
SafetyRegsLogger is a recording tool, not a compliance system, and nothing in the product or on this site is legal advice. It helps you keep OSHA Forms 300, 300A, and 301, but it does not determine what is recordable, and it does not constitute a safety program or regulatory certification. Determining whether an injury or illness is recordable, certifying the accuracy of the 300A annual summary, posting the summary from February 1 to April 30, retaining records for five years under 29 CFR 1904.33, and electronically submitting data to OSHA where required are, and remain, the employer’s responsibility. Consult a qualified safety professional or attorney for compliance guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Privacy
SafetyRegsLogger runs entirely in your browser. All data stays on the customer’s device — we never receive it. Your injury and illness records, establishment details, and settings are stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device; they are never transmitted to us, and we cannot see them. This includes employee names and privacy-case information — none of it ever leaves your device. We use no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no accounts.
When you purchase SafetyRegsLogger, payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. Stripe provides us the name, email, and business name you enter at checkout so we can provide support and process refunds. That is the only customer information we hold.
